Comprehensive Network & Signal Control: Building on the robust DMX and RDM foundations of the XMT-450, the XMT-500 adds full support for Art-Net and sACN via a rugged etherCON connection. Users can seamlessly send or receive values across any universe, and with the latest firmware updates, the device can even function as a portable 2-port Ethernet-to-DMX node. This allows for the remote configuration of RDM-compliant fixtures and the monitoring of network data streams with the same ease as a standard DMX signal.
Advanced Diagnostic Suite: To ensure total system stability, the XMT-500 provides high-precision real-time insights into signal integrity. It monitors every timing aspect of DMX and RDM signals and offers data-package analysis to identify flickers or data collisions. For hardware troubleshooting, the integrated cable tester automatically scans all pin connections for 3-pin and 5-pin DMX cables, as well as RJ-45 interconnections. The included cable test dongle even allows for the effortless testing of long, pre-installed cable runs.

Fantastic DMX/RDM tester, however

The Swisson XMT -350 is a fantastic piece of kit and is probably the most comprehensive DMX tester/ RDM configurator on the market. Easy to use, big back lit display and great logical test processes. Sadly the XMT-350 will not let you download DMX profiles using the current macOS (Sierra) as advertised. I raised the issue with Swisson support and they were able to reproduce the problem, however they were not able to give me a timeline for when a firmware update would solve this. However this should not be problem for many since running Windows on a MAC via bootcamp enables synchronising data.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
